Name of Restoration Site: RCPD2 Peppertree

Location of the site: This site is an existing dry pond located southeast of the intersection
of Connecticut Avenue and Bel Pre Road in Rockville, Maryland

History of the site:
According to Montgomery County DEP, a stormwater management project is planned for this area.
The objective of this conceptual design is to improve water quality and reduce the peak
discharges that cause downstream erosion.
